{"id":218,"date":"2026-03-05T21:25:49","date_gmt":"2026-03-06T06:25:49","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/jasilefoundation.org\/?p=218"},"modified":"2026-05-01T21:40:37","modified_gmt":"2026-05-02T06:40:37","slug":"february-28-2026-%e2%80%95-alazi-dream-project-receives-the-national-professional-award","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/jasilefoundation.org\/?p=218","title":{"rendered":"Alazi Dream Project Receives the National Professional Award"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are pleased to announce that <strong>JaSiLe Foundation<\/strong>, the Sierra Leone partner organization of the Japanese nonprofit <strong>Alazi Dream Project<\/strong> (Director: Yumemi Shimosato), has received the <strong>National Professional Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"819\" height=\"1024\" src=\"http:\/\/jasilefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-1.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-219\" srcset=\"http:\/\/jasilefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-1.png 819w, http:\/\/jasilefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-1-240x300.png 240w, http:\/\/jasilefoundation.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image-1-768x960.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 819px) 100vw, 819px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As Yumemi Shimosato was in Japan at the time, the award ceremony was attended by our local manager, Pidia, on behalf of JaSiLe Foundation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This award is presented to individuals and organizations that have made meaningful contributions to society in areas such as <strong>sustainable development, humanitarian work, charitable activities, and support for vulnerable communities<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award recognizes the impact of the initiatives we have implemented in Sierra Leone, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The construction of <strong>Willa Primary School<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing <strong>sexuality education to 78,000 students across 166 schools<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Supporting <strong>75 teenage single mothers<\/strong> to return to school<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are deeply honored that our long-standing efforts in Sierra Leone have been recognized in this way.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This achievement would not have been possible without the warm support of our partners and supporters.
